Refund Policy
At Zentra, our priority is your satisfaction. If you find a manufacturing defect or are simply not satisfied with your purchase upon receiving your product, you may request an exchange or return according to the conditions detailed below.
Timeframes

Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from receipt. For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), the customer must notify us within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery, providing photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered the result of misuse.
Return Conditions The product must be without signs of use and in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the product is received and the quality analysis is approved, the customer may choose to:

Exchange it for another product available in stock.

Receive a refund for the value of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty All products have a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and the shipping label visible.
The warranty does not cover:

Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (broken screens, scratches, dents).
